Directions Intended for use to provide temporary relief of minor muscular and joint aches and pains associated with overexertion, strains, sprains and arthritis. Use as directed. Failure to follow instructions, warnings and cautions could result in serious burns to the skin. Air-Activated: Tear open pouch when ready to use; starts to warm on its own. Place one pad in each of the two pockets of the wrap. Do not overlap pads or place more than one in each 8 pocket. Place on pain area, stretch wrap around entire body to secure. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature. Wear up to 8 hours. Keep wrap flat against you skin; do not fold or bunch as the risk of born is increased. Discard heat pads after single use.
